"After a thrilling edition that saw the Netherlands claim victory following a tie for first place, the Music World Festival is coming to The Hague this October for its milestone 90th edition. For the sixth time, the Netherlands will host MWF, following previous editions in Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Utrecht, Maastricht and Amsterdam. Now, it is The Hague’s turn to take the stage.

The Hague is a city where Dutch politics, royalty and international life come together. From the Dutch government and parliament to the International Court of Justice and the Royal Family, the city has a unique place in the Netherlands and on the world stage. Just beyond the city centre, the North Sea and Scheveningen add another defining part of The Hague’s character.

For the 90th edition, these elements come together in a celebration of music, culture and the world. That’s why the slogan for MWF 90 is: "A Royal Wave of Music." The waves are rising. The world is coming together. We are ready!

Welkom in Den Haag!"
